Alicia Sokol knows what it takes to build, scale, sustain - and exit - a thriving business. As the owner of a values-driven fitness studio, she spent nearly a decade growing a loyal community, attracting and developing top talent, and fine-tuning the systems that made it all work. Now, she helps other business owners do the same—bringing clarity to their vision, structure to their strategy, and efficiency to their operations.

 

Before launching her own business, Alicia spent more than 15 years in corporate communications and public relations, specializing in health and wellness. She started her career in finance, where her love of spreadsheets took root, and has worked across industries—including investment banking, nonprofits, franchising, and small businesses. Having seen what makes organizations thrive (or struggle) from the inside out, she brings a sharp eye for what works and a hands-on approach to getting things done.

 

Alicia holds a finance degree from DePaul University and a master’s in public health from Case Western Reserve University. She lives in Washington, DC, where she continues to champion smart systems, strong teams, and meaningful impact.
